Giving Feels Good.
Bask in those feel-good fuzzies you get when you give. (Yes, they’re real. Just ask Science). United Way of Whatcom County fights for the financial stability of every person in our community, so rest assured, your donation will provide good feelings all around.
Live Here. Give Here.
A single United Way donation supports over 20 local nonprofits doing all kinds of amazing work right here in Whatcom County.
Not only does your money stay local, it gets put to good use. All of our partner agencies are vetted to make sure they are working efficiently and effectively and that their United Way grant dollars are being well spent.
When you give to United Way, you’re helping friends and neighbors who might otherwise fall through the cracks— and building a strong support system for our community at the same time.
Be the Change
Charitable giving is one way you can advocate for the change you want to see. When you invest in your community, you’re supporting critical systems designed to lift up those who need it most. By supporting these vital nonprofit programs and services, you’re lending the power of your resources to the power of their missions. This is a great way to help the causes you care about.
Want to make the world a better place? So do we. Let’s do it together.
“I support United Way because of the great work they do right here in Whatcom County. The money I donate to United Way stays in my community and helps nonprofits in my back yard. By giving directly to United Way, I know there is financial oversight to where those funds are being used and that they are addressing the most critical needs our community is facing.”
– Natalie Boatman | Donor and United Way Board Member
